Employee Document Review Services

Noncompete Review

One of our experienced employment lawyers will review your noncompete agreement to determine whether it is enforceable, analyze its compliance with applicable laws, and identify possible ways to challenge the agreement. After we complete our analysis, we will set up a one-hour telephone call with you to discuss our findings and provide you with advice regarding your rights and responsibilities under the agreement.


Employment Agreement Review

Our attorneys will utilize their experience in drafting employment agreements to review yours. After the review and analysis, we will set up a 30-minute telephone call with you to discuss the agreement, explain the meaning behind certain provisions, provide advice regarding possible revisions as well as advise whether executing the agreement is in your best interest.


Severance/Separation Agreement Review

Being terminated is never easy. Severance pay can lessen the blow, however, accepting it can come at a price, typically in the form of a general release. Advice sessions are typically thirty (30) minutes or less; however, we will not charge you anything further if the session runs slightly over the reserved time.
